Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to Advanced Technology International. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.

• We will accept unwanted product in unaltered condition and unopened packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange.
• ATI must be notified of any pending return within 15 days of the customer’s receipt of the item.
• We will accept any opened item within 15 days of receipt for an 80% store credit.
• All items purchased using a gift card will only be eligible for a store credit, and all the above terms will apply.
• All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.
• Shipping & Handling charges will only be refunded if an error occurred that is the direct responsibility of ATI.
• All refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days of the return of the item.
