Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to Advanced Technology International. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
- We will accept unwanted product in unaltered condition and unopened packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange.
- ATI must be notified of any pending return within 15 days of the customer’s receipt of the item.
- We will accept any opened item within 15 days of receipt for an 80% store credit.
- All items purchased using a gift card will only be eligible for a store credit, and all the above terms will apply.
- All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.
- Shipping & Handling charges will only be refunded if an error occurred that is the direct responsibility of ATI.
- All refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days of the return of the item.

Orders
Items left in shopping carts will be cleared in 48 hours. All information provided during the ordering process is secure and private. We do not sell information.
A charge of $3.50 for a signature is required on any order. Backordered items will be shipped out as soon as possible. To check on item availability please call our customer service department: 1-800-925-2522 (Mon.–Fri. 8a.m. to 5p.m. CST).
ATIgunstocks.com does not sell products for purchase by children. Items on this site require proof of age over 18 years old. By submitting an online order you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that there are no local laws prohibiting the purchase of the item.
Shipping
All items ordered before Noon CST will usually ship within 48 hours (Due to an increase in volume, it may take up to 7 (seven) days to build your Custom Order). We ship using both UPS and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the items being purchased. Advanced Technology International ships to the Continental United States. International Shipments are not available online.

Warranty Policy
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the product through the lifetime of the original purchaser, except in the case of intentional abuse or neglect, and or modifications or alterations, unless specified in our instructions or authorized by ATI.
Our Aluminum Products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to normal wear to anodized finish on the Aluminum, or screw holes that have been over torqued (i.e. stripped screw holes).
ATI is not responsible for the oxidation of any of our steel products due to exposure to the elements or submersion, unless these are from our marine line.
Our DyeHard Camouflage Images are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against all scratches, scuffs and abrasions up to 20 Microns deep. Mossy Oak, Hydrographic, Camouflage items are covered by our Limited One Year Warranty.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited One Year Warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects. These Warranties will cover any failure or defect in the product, which is the direct responsibility of the manufacturer.
Our Limited One Year Warranty covers all Aluminum Products and Hydrographic Camoflage through one year with the original purchaser, except in the case of intentional abuse or neglect, and or modifications or alterations.
These warranties are nontransferable. We are not responsible for missing or damaged products purchased second hand.
